Overview
Detailer Place is a complete e-commerce solution built for a professional car detailing products retailer in Lithuania. The platform handles everything from product discovery to checkout on the customer side, and from inventory management to order fulfilment on the admin side — all within a single, purpose-built system with no dependency on third-party commerce platforms.
The Story
Challenge
The client needed a modern, conversion-optimised storefront to replace their outdated online presence, while gaining full control over their inventory and orders — without relying on expensive SaaS platforms or paying per-transaction fees to a third party.
Solution
We built a custom Next.js storefront paired with a purpose-built admin panel, giving the client complete ownership of their business logic. The storefront features rich product filtering, a smooth cart and checkout flow, and a mobile-first design. The admin panel lets the team manage products, categories, orders, and inventory without any technical knowledge.
Result
The platform launched on schedule and immediately handled real customer traffic. The admin team was fully onboarded within a day. The site consistently loads in under a second and scores 95+ on Google Lighthouse — reflected directly in customer engagement and conversions.
